About 20 km west of Chichèn Itzà ruins, leaving the MEX 180 road connecting Chichèn Itzà and Kantunil to Merida, following 3 km of uneven roads and 1 km of trip in the jungle, it's possible to reach the enchanting Cenote Xtojil.

This place is known by locals even if it's of difficult localization due to the dense vegetation that surrounds it.
The walls are about 20 mt. high and access to the bottom is assured by a staircase .

On one side , at the bottom , near the water surface , it' been built a platform that's connected to the staircase with a small corridor and some stairs.
